I thought the email asking me if I was trying to go with another vendor when there was a new inquiry in my credit report was invasive. It accused me of something that I was not doing, and even if I was it was my business. It was very strange that we could not lock in the rate earlier. We have done this many times and have always been able to lock in the rate before completing the enrire application. Finally, the process felt disorganized.
