To close a difficult loan. They were courteous and kept going when we got discouraged. I recommend them without reservation. The complexity of the documentation required is surprising.

I've now done two loans with Dave and both experiences have been great. What made this latest one a great experience was the clear, direct, and frequent communication of Dave and his whole team.
