Mr. Bingham and his staff are like family when it comes to preparing my loans. Very helpful and treat me so well. Darrell took us from application to close in 9 days! It was his personal record, and we had never even heard of efficiency anywhere near that. And it wasn't like we were sitting on a pile of money either. It was 5% conventional with a few issues. The communication and professionalism was impeccable. Not only would we not hesitate to do business with Darrell again, we will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who will listen.
