Darrell was GREAT from start to finish. He was very helpful and sent me lists with all the documents and information requests and as I sent them he would kindly remind me what else I needed to provide. Once we got our loan estimate he provided insight about the items we were unfamiliar with. With this being our first home purchase that was essential to a great experience. A big plus was that he was familiar with the film industry and how our work history can vary. I highly recommend Darrell!
