His professionalism in dealing with any issue that came up. Contacting me was a challenge as I have a busy work life. He was always patient and friendly. His level of knowledge. He would always inform us of and changes in the market or programs we could take advantage of. This guy also made himself available during his vacation. I also have to do this and understand how daunting it can be to manage your job and personal life making it hard to truly step away from work. It was appreciated. I will check back later…if this man is not given a raise I will want to know why.

After 3 months of indecision, innumerable calls, along with thanking me for my attention to detail, my patience, understanding and explanation of process, client elected to instead proceed with a refinance applied for on 5/6/2024 as the desired purchase price was out of range. Loan funded on 5/20/2024 (14 days app to funding, a success by any measure) despite client's extreme disorganization by providing inaccurate documents needed to close that caused repeated requests for documents needed.
