There was a lack of communication through the process. We ended up with $38,000 less than plan. Every time there was change we found out through paperwork sent and then we had to call and ask why. I not sure if could have achieved more going through someone else but being blind sided with only getting $2400 back was very disappointing and finding out at signing made it even worst. We had already put money in it. Also you were supposed to give back the $675 we paid out of pocket for the appraisal but it looks like you still charged us for it through our loan. So you shorted us an additional $675.
