I have been working with Chance since 2016.
One of my buyers was in contract and on the day they were supposed to close they were told they didn’t qualify. The listing agent recommended I have Chance look over the file.
Chance reviewed the buyers information and immediately came up with a solution and my buyers were avale to close on their home.
Chance is a solution oriented loan officer that is willing to go above and beyond to help buyers. He listens to what the buyers wants and needs are , and makes it his priority to get it for them.
