When I first contacted Renee Flores I sensed she was willing to help us. Renee did not disappoint us. We were stressed about buying a house and all the documents that were needed. Renee made the process flow fast and easy. We even could have closed on our house sooner because of Renee’s dedication. Renee was eager to help and assisted in getting some of the required documents for us. Renee always sounded happy to help in any way. Renee was accurate in all the estimates she gave us One day I received a flower arrangement and to my surprise it was from Renee. She had sensed my frustrations and stress and wanted to “make my day”. I have never had experienced dealing with a lender with that kind of compassion. My husband and I feel Renee is the best lender anyone can have on their side. Not only do was Renee our Lender, I now consider her our friend.
