Dale Stanford and everyone at PRMI were phenomenal to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house. Dale and his team were prompt and helped us understand the house buying process every step of the way. We closed on our house in almost under a month, which was amazing. They are so kind and made sure to take care of us, and they had some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Dale is so knowledgeable about the housing market, but it is clear that the most important thing to everyone at PRMI is making sure that people find their forever home and are satisfied with their experience. They make buying a home centered around each customer and their individual needs. We are so happy with our experience, and we are so glad that we were able to work with the Dale Stanford team and PRMI.

Dale just helped us close on a home and his attentiveness, expertise, and solutions-focused approach exceeded expectations. He and his team hit every deadline and they were transparent and trustworthy. Dale is focused on relationships which was evident by all the connections he tapped into to expedite the process. Whenever there was a potential roadblock, he not only provided a solution, he often also had two backup solutions. His tagline might be “we will make it happen”. I have now worked with residential mortgage on 2 occasions. Once when I originally purchased my home and once to refinance. Both times Dale and his team got me excellent rates and we were able to close quickly with very little hassle. Dale and his team are the only people I will ever work through.
