I called because I was interested about getting a mortgage. I explained I really didn’t know anything and just wanted to talk to someone about my options and the only thing thing the lady offered was to fill out an application and pull my credit. That right there showed me the priorities of the company. Will never work with them.

Dale and his team are amazing! We were able to quickly refinance our home and found the entire process to be incredibly easy which is great when it can often be intimidating. Brittany was our loan processor and she was very prompt and knowledgeable. Everyone takes the time to answer your questions and ensure you feel comfortable and confident. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Primary to purchase our home and refinance it as well. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dale and his team were INCREDIBLE to work with. Our experience from applying for the loan, to moving day was so smooth. Dale and his team were knowledgable, kind, and very communicative. We felt like we knew where we were in the process of buying our house the whole time, and like we could always reach out with questions. I would recommend Dale and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home!
