Dale was very informative, kept me posted on everything , explained things and how to do them. He made sure that everything was ready to go when I needed them to be. I sold a house and bought my house within a month and he was fabulous to get it all done on time. I was stressed and he made this so easy by doing all of the work. He even surprised me the day of my closing and came in and gave me a surprise gift, so nice! He is the best and I would refer him to everyone I know! Thanks Dale!
