Dale and team have been great to work with! They walked us through each step of the process, were quick and flexible in finding solutions that worked for our situation, and stuck with us even when it looked like our deal might not happen. They've always been available when we needed them. Dale has been a great partner in the process and I'd highly recommend him and his team.

Dale really does an amazing job at managing very complicated mortgages. I'm self-employed with 4 businesses and the main one is only 4 years old. Most lenders just denied us because it was too much work, despite excellent credit and 20% down. But Dale arose to the challenge and really took care of us as we navigated the horrifically complicated mortgage process for self-employed buyers.
I forewarn you that Dale does like to work all the pre-qualification out at the start. The good thing about this is that there are no surprises in the end. But the bad thing is it does require a lot of effort on your part from the beginning. But I promise it is worth it.

Dale was amazing in making sure I understand the process in buying my first home. He contacted me numerous times (sometimes late and sometimes over the weekend). I really felt like I was a priority and that he wanted what was best for me. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't ask for a better experience!
