Tom was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely and thorough manner. He kept me informed with the progress of loan. Every correspondence we had was very professional and I felt like he cared about making sure I understood the details of my loan. I wasn't just a number and commission to him. Hands down he made this process easy to navigate through. I really appreciate him.
