John was very clear on everything that we had to do and was very informative on all of the number he was showing us. He made sure we had somebody there to assist us when he was on vacation and still replied to enough of the queries even though he was out of town. He talked us through a lot of the beginning processes that we had to go through as new home buyers and made sure that we were kept in the loop through the entire process.

Everyone was really great with being in communication with Jordan and I. I know it can be frustrating when things don't go in a timely matter, and your team kept us timely! The only miscommunication was the introduction to your team. I thought Jordan and I would be dealing with Kent, but then we started receiving emails from Leilani and Sarah. These ladies were awesome to work with, but it would have been nice to have something like, "This is my team you will be working with!" Great overall!

The customer service is excellent! questions are answered immediately and the home buying process is pretty fast. The realtor team is great, they are very understanding and helpful when it comes to looking for what it is you really want in a home.
