It was very reassuring that Jeff was available to answer all of our questions while we took this journey of refinancing our home. I had two different lenders drop the ball on my loan. The staff knew my situation and how important the time table was. Long story short, they fixed and resolved issues from previous lenders, and closed the deal in time to get our home. Very curtious and knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much:)
