Chuck was amazing every step of the way. He was helpful, accessible, and approachable. If he didn't know the answer to a question right away, he would find it and get back to us, always very quickly. I'm sure he had other clients, but I always felt like a priority. I have only good things to say about our experience with Chuck.

It was a pleasure having Chuck work with me. He was very responsive and informative and gave us that personal touch. There were several situations that he helped us through during our refi. Other companies would not even attempt to help me where Chuck went above and beyond in making sure we were able to refi. During the refi process, there were several challenges that Chuck took his time in explaining to me and through his perseverance we were able to get what we wanted. I would highly recommend Chuck, his company and his staff to any of my family or friends.

In my lifetime, I have experienced many closings and refinances. Chuck and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage made this refi the easiest and most efficient by far. Professional and friendly group! Hands down, I would use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.
