What can I say about, Chuck? Let's start with he was AMAZING to work with! He was extremely responsive, answered any questions I had (addressing many before I could even ask), and made this whole process smooth. I had a difficult situation and was the victim of fraud and identity theft. No one else was able to work with me for financing but Chuck and his team were phenomenal. They corresponded with my tax accountant and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to buy my first home!!

We had an excellent experience with Chuck! We chose a local lender this time over a large bank and it was definitely the right choice. As a military family going through the buying experience remotely, Chuck made all the difference working with our Realtor and settlement company. PRMI rates were not quite as low as some of the large banks but the trade-off for the customer service was worth the difference. He was always very responsive and made the difference in a competitive market. Thanks Chuck!

Chuck was awesome for us. He explained all steps of the process thoroughly, since we were first time buyers. He met with us to go over our credit report as well as gave us ideas to increase our credit scores. Chuck is very personable and easy to talk to. We would absolutely refer him in the future.
