Chad was great. Very educated in what he does and was able to secure us a loan with a great rate. Chad always kept us up to date during the loan process and went out of his way to make sure our loan closed on time. We've worked with Chad on the last 3 homes that we purchased. Every time, he's on top of everything. On the last home, the title company that we were forced to use dropped the ball several times. Chad was on top of them and constantly keeping us in the loop with the most recent info. We can't say enough good things about Chad!
