Chad is a great communicator which really helped during the purchase of our new home. He was always willing to answer any questions and walk us through a particular process. This is my third time working with Chad and I'll be sure to use him again in the future.

Chad was great. Very educated in what he does and was able to secure us a loan with a great rate. Chad always kept us up to date during the loan process and went out of his way to make sure our loan closed on time.
