Chris was on top of everything the entire process. His experience makes him clearly a pro but the thing that impressed me most was that his speedy responses. His recorded videos to all my questions made this lengthy process very personable and interactive. I compared rates and shopped around and on top of his great personable customer service, his offer was the best. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Chris was personable, great to work with, and communication was seem less. Portal was easy to use and everyone was on the same page throughout the whole process. By far the best team to work with that I’ve experienced when buying a home, and this was numero 6 for us. Thanks guys!

Working with Chris on the refinancing of my home was great. Chris kept me informed each step of the the way with videos I could watch again if I forgot something or refer to if I had any questions. It was a pretty seamless experience from my application to closing and I would highly recommend Chris Barnes!
