Working with Chris and his team took so much stress out of our home purchase. He was always available to help with any communication we needed while going through the offer process. Chris is a great communicator. He sent frequent emails and personalized videos explaining the paperwork process, and made it as simple as possible. I felt welcome to reach out whenever I had an issue or question. He also showed up in person for my closing, which felt supportive.
