As first time homebuyers, we had done a fair amount of research into the process and had naturally, come across a lot of horror stories. Craig with PRMI was anything BUT one of those nightmare lending agent you read about online. The whole process was super easy, simple, and Criag took care of everything. All I had to do was send a bunch of documents and sign my name a billion times.
