I am fairly tech hindered. He helped me along the way, never seemed agitated and was very patient with me. Answered my questions in a very timely fashion. He seemed to be on top of things very quickly yet not anxious.

I reached out to several lenders when we were initially looking for a lender. Craig's response to my inquiry was punctual and by far the most informative out of the lenders I contacted. This was why we initially decided to go through PRMI. Craig was great to work with! Craig responded even on weekends when we had questions come up. Craig kept us up to date with everything that was happening with our loan. This was the least stressful loan application we have completed. We had a hiccup come up with one of the home inspections, but Craig was very transparent about what was needed to move forward. We would definitely recommend using Craig!
