I knew at the very beginning of this transaction. It was going to be a very hard property to get to go FHA. Jenna helped in every way she could by providing solutions like escrowing repairs that couldn’t be done on time. My seller and are we’re thrilled we worked through all the problems with the homes condition and got everything completed that was necessary. Thank you Jenna for your part in this. Craig made the loan process very easy on me and my wife. In addition, he was very helpful at figuring out a way to get us a lower rate, and have closing costs which were much lower than expected. Craig has awesome customer service, was always able and willing to answer any questions I had, and he was straight forward about everything. I appreciate the help and service he provided, and would recommend him to anyone.
