We were taken care of from day one, they took care of everything and made the stress of buying a house a pleasure. I had come from 3 different lenders and they did not compare to anything like Mr. Litton and his team. Till the last day they helped and they worked around us and our busy life schedule to get to signing done and it was so amazing. I 100% recommend them!

Our agent was very knowledgeable and pro-active. She made sure that all parties were communicating clearly with one another as she tried to set up simultaneously closings on the same day. I would definitely recommend using these guys for any of my real estate transactions!

Teniesha was so great to work with! She broke everything down so that my husband and I understood every step of the process. She found us a great rate and also an insurance agent that was very nice. Teniesha was pro-active throughout and worked very hard to make sure that our closing went as smooth as possible. She did her best to set up simultaneous closings on the same day! I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!
