John walked us through every step of the process. He emailed, called, texted, etc., anytime he needed something and it was very easy to get him everything he needed. He is detail oriented and made sure we understood everything happening. He made us feel very comfortable - if I started stressing out he was able to talk me down! :) I will definitely recommend John to anyone and everyone!
