Our case was extremely complicated but Brian handled it like a pro! He got us exactly what we wanted in a most cost effective way! But what really makes Brian stand out from the rest is his ability to see a bigger picture. It is not a secret that obtaining mortgage has the most significant impact on a budget! Brian knows his job better than all the other people put together that I dealt with in the Mortgage industry. Over the last 25yrs. buying and selling homes have been a nightmare. Brian has turned this around. He will get all my business moving forward. Yes, I will send people his way!

I had absolutely know idea what I was doing other than I needed money for a house. I now have a ton of information that I actually understand. Brian took a lot of time to talk to me over the phone when I was availible, even on a holiday away from his family. He was very easy to work with, quick to respond and got my mortgage started and finished for me in what seemed no time.
