Berta is very Professional and very knowledgeable about her profession. She has a great personality and is easy to talk to. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family! Thank You for the wonderful experience!!! This made it very special because I had a terrible experience with the previous loan agent and I was really apprehensive to try again, but Berta was very helpful and she understood are needs.
