I believe one of the improvements that I can recommend is setting up an appointment to further discuss the next steps and talk about what’s to be expected and if both parties are on the same page. I had questions that seems rushed through and didn’t match my understanding which made me frustrated and I didn’t feel in control of how much money I was willing to close with. My revaluation and understanding I had to do at a later time and trust that those decisions will benefit my home purchase towards the end of my home purchase.
