Donte was very helpful and took initiative to get things done as quickly as possible. His knowledge and professionalism kept the process simple, which was especially important for me given that I was making the purchase from out of state. He also assisted in obtaining a better home owners insurance rate when my previous provider tried to overcharge for services. I would gladly recommend Donte to another buyer.

In my case the sellers realtor was not providing things that were needed and was slowing down everything. Mr Harris did what ever was needed to be done to get me to the closing table. Better than great he did an excellent job. Thank you again Mr Harris.
