Cassandra was amazing from day one. So responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made this process so easy to manage. We had a bad experience with another mortgage broker prior to. Cassandra who denied us after 5 weeks of terrible service. Cassandra took all our info and had a pre approval letter in 5 days. I can’t say enough good about Ms Payton

Christine was absolutely fantastic! Because of her, buying our first home was a breeze. She was very reassuring, and was always there to answer any questions or concerns any time of the day! We had a little pressure to get things done in a pretty tight time frame, but Christine worked her magic and pulled it off seamlessly! Chris and I are VERY pleased with our decision to use Christine as our loan officer!

Christine was great to work with. She was knowledgeable about current programs and was able to provide pretty much instant answers to any questions I had whether it was day or night. From the beginning Christine was amazing, she took me from someone who was sceptical that I could even purchase a home to a homeowner. She was friendly, polite and very accommodating. She was available day and night as well as weekends.
I couldn't imagine a better experience and from what I have heard my whole life that's really saying something when your talking about buying a home.
We now own our dream home and without Christine I wouldn't be able to say that. Give this girl a raise!!!!
