Cassandra overpromised and underdelivered. She was nonchalant about the process, appearing cheerful though I was distressed and dropped the ball multiple times. She misled me about the cause for the delays me and continually placed the blame for delays on the underwriter. Her poor performance caused my closing date to be changed 4 times.
My original closing date was set for May 23, 2019, I didn't close until June 10, 2019.
I will never use this broker again and advise others to steer clear.

When others said "NO" Cassandra found a way to say "YES" and without her diligence I wouldn't be a home owner today.

Cassandra is amazing! She's very thorough, patient, and understanding. She made sure that I had a clear understanding of everything that I was signing and reading over, which was excellent for a first time home buyer like myself.
