Officially a homeowner thanks to Cassandra Payton. 10 star rating! She and her team worked hard to get me approved and explained the whole process very clearly. I could reach her at any time of the day if I had a concern and she would provide a detailed explanation. Definitely would recommend to everyone, especially if you are a first time homebuyer.

Super service. The help was always there when I needed it, and Cassandra was always available for my questions and just helping me along this scary but exciting process. I would most definitely recommend. I mean thanks to Cassandra I became a home owner during a pandemic , if that doesn’t speak for itself I don’t know what will. Bob Lloyd, Donte, and the rest of the team at Primary Residential Mortgage were awesome! They got me an excellent rate on my refi with only 1/2 point which I know was hard to do because I have a jumbo loan. They kept in constant contact so I always knew what was happening. My refi went through in less than a month. I would recommend Bob Lloyd to anyone looking to refi or looking for a new loan.
