I was looking for a Rate/Term refinance on my home. Cassandra was very responsive in providing a quote and and answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Cassandra's team was very efficient at requesting all of the documents including her Manager, processor, and the Title company. Our loan closed in under 30 days and our old loan was paid off right on time. The entire process was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend working with Cassandra and Team!
