From the first phone call to settlement Frank was always available to help us out. It’s very stressful buying a new home and the loan process is probably the hardest part. Frank and his team made sure we understood what was going on and what we needed to do the whole time. I especially liked the electronic document signing and upload capability. That was very helpful since my wife and I both work.
