Frank and his team are the best there is to work with. He and his team were extremely responsive and knowledgeable to all of the questions I had. Being a 1st timer at refinancing there was also a lot of anxiety that came with it as well as many and frequent questions. I can honestly say that the process was so smooth that there was very little anxiety experienced. I received constant e-mail updates at 2 - 3 times per week and well as a personal phone call from Frank at the end of each week with status updates, answers to any questions I had, etc. Do yourself a favor and use Frank. You will not regret the decision. I guarantee it.

Frank's knowledge and the ability to explain the process clearly was incredible. He kept me informed ever step of the way and sent a document of 'what to expect next' which I referred back to at each step in the process. It was so valuable. The communication was the best. Frank’s many years of experience and professionalism were on full display throughout our home buying experience from start to finish.
