Frank was always very responsive and informative. We never felt like we were bothering him with questions, as it was our first time buying a home and we had many! He was able to clarify our expectations and made our buying experience simple!

Frank could have communicated better early on with us. There were some issues with my credit and it seems that this was not picked until later in the process and delayed our settlement originally scheduled on October 26th. Frank did stay in contact with me at times but I felt the need to email because he didn't call when he said he was. Then he would request information and wouldn't follow up until days later asking for more information. We were very frustrating with the whole process.

Frank was extremely hard working and responsive, my loan request was more complicated than most and he dealt with it with extreme efficiency and was always on the phone and emails keeping me in the loop.
He also helped connect me with other professionals that were just as professional as him.
