Reason for 4 star on referral is because of the approx $1300 extra fees. (Ie. App fee, underwriting fee, processing fee... etc.)
Other than that.. great experience, FAST turn around, lots of detailed information. One thing I really liked about these guys, they always answered their phone when I called with concerns.

Was a very trying time. I would have preferred that information we sent in was read instead of being asked for again and again. And always asking for info on a Friday at 4:00 pm. Need more communication and less emails with smilely faces. Loved meeting with Gayle and speaking with you Jason. Yes I would and will recommend your organization.

Having an underwriter that had more and/or prior exprience with VA home loans, but thankfully we did get a better underwriter in the end and the other one quit. 🤗
