I felt like I was sending multiple copies to different people throughout the process and only when I mentioned it was there any communication between the team. Then at the end we were given some information that more than doubled our money needed to close. Had we given any false or withheld any information, not only would we be held accountable but there would probably be some severe consequences. Instead I got an apology text.
