Jason was able to take my calls at almost any time. He was patient and communicated clearly when I had questions. If he needed to calculate something I inquired about, he was prompt in returning the information. It facilitated my thoughts and actions relative to choices. Dustin was prompt, efficient, he cared, he accumulated many documents and made it easy and transparent to complete. Gayle was clear, efficient and knowledgable. All were prompt and clear with communication.
