The team at Primary were outstanding. They guided us through the entire lending process seamlessly. I would even say they were able to help ease the normal anxiety felt when purchasing a home. The team leads with kindness, honesty and integrity. Three things that were so important to me in a lender. They always had our best interests at heart, even taking extra time, sometimes in the evenings, when we were free to hop on a call and explain things further to us when we had questions. Every person from our broker, down to his processing team were kind and caring when we had interactions with them. This team is stellar. I highly recommend them, and will be sure to recommend this team to my friends and family.
