We received lots of guidance and communication, which was great. Josh went above and beyond by returning calls and replying to emails outside of normal business hours. Because there were several people involved, though, we sometimes received conflicting information. Also, I wasn’t clear on everyone’s role in the process.

She took the time out to get me smart on the different loan packages available (in detail) and even spent time educating me on the area (Howard County)! We had a very tight window to close and she met it with ease. Knowing how busy they were, with the mortgage rates being so low, she really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable.
