PRMI and Mr. Gunther were extremely professional,knowledgeable, gracious and very courteous which could have made a possible difficult decision very pleasant and easy. It was also very reassuring to know and see that a strict Carona Virus protocol was put into place not only for our safety but also for his entire staff when meeting at his office. We given more than enough time to procure our personal and financial records that were needed plus allowed us to read and sign the documents online.

Josh is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me. Many said it couldn't be done and Josh got it done. I have never felt like I had an advocate for my mortgage before and that is exactly how Josh made me feel- he was my advocate. Every crazy thought or question I had Josh answered and talked me down. Seriously can't say enough good things. The process itself was so easy and painless.
I will be a repeat customer for all my financial needs from here on out.
