First off, she was very personable and easy to work with. She also went the extra mile to get a very complicated process, in my opinion, done and easy for me to understand. There were a couple of rough patches that she navigated me through and got it done with ease. Alisha, you're awesome and I'm so thankful for your and the work you did.
