There's so many moving parts with buying a home and Joni made it so easy to follow. Every time we forgot to complete a form or had setbacks for one reason or another, she was right there to help. She also seems to love her job because she went out of her way to answer her questions -- even later after hours (which I don't personally encourage but am happy she was willing to do so). Overall great, and I would encourage any first time home buyer to consider Joni.
