As a first time home buyer, I was inexperienced about the steps required to purchase a home. I was referred to Ryan by a friend, who was also looking to purchase a condo in the Seattle area. Ryan did an outstanding job from the start of the pre-approval to closing on the loan of communicating exactly what was needed from me, as well as the other participants in the home buying process. Although my closing date changed a couple of times due to extenuating circumstances outside of mine or Ryan's control, he did a great job of making that process as painless as possible. He was very easy to work with, personable and was always quick to respond to me, as well as my realtor. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy a home, new or experienced with home buying.
