Ryan helped me refinance my mortgage and I can't say enough great things about my experience. From initial concept vetting to signing my documents, Ryan helped me think through the steps, calculate whether I was making a smart choice, and then facilitated all of the steps to ensure all of my paperwork was completed on time so that my mortgage processed according to schedule. <br/><br/>What I really appreciated about working with Ryan was his willingness to explain how everything worked to me. As an engineer, I ask a lot of questions and don't feel comfortable about committing to things if I don't understand them. Ryan quickly responded to all of my emails and calls (of which there were many) to educate me on whatever the issue of the day was. He was transparent about his fee, he made sure I always felt knowledgeable before moving to the next step, and he was genuinely fun to work with. My wife and I came to Ryan for our mortgage. We had previously tried through wells fargo, but it took about a month to even get any numbers back on qualifications. Ryan had that info back to us in 48 hours! He supplied his personal contact number in case we needed him after hours, and even stayed in touch while he was on vacation. He kept us informed each step of the way, even past closing. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Ryan to anybody looking to purchase a home.
