Quick and easy communication

Clear communication during the underwriting process. It was never communicated to me our my real estate agent that third part underwriting with Wells' Fargo was required. After several weeks of receiving no response, and with frequent check-ins, we still did not receive any information back. I was continually told that everything was great and that we were on track. Finally, the lack of communication caused us to miss the closing date in the contract. This caused stress, upset, and money.

Buying this house was a very long process almost a year! Aaron was available 24/7 just about. He stayed on me about my credit and documents. Aaron also had all the right answers and exact numbers every time. Aaron made my fiancé and I feel like family. Aaron’s team is also wonderful I loved talking to them especially Terri!
