What can I say Aaron Matty is phenomenal at what he does! Immediately he made my first time home buying experience well worth the investment. He answered all of my questions, educated me on the process, effectively communicated all terms and conditions, maintained continuous communication with all party members, and saw me through closing. Aaron is incredible! Not only did he accommodate all my requests, educate me on the process, and ensure he got the best loan terms for my situation, he personally assisted when a seller was being troublesome regarding financing terms for a home I was interested in. Aaron worked to the last hour to make sure closing was smooth, communicated effectively between all parties, and was one of the most organized loan officer's I've ever worked with.
