Fast and friendly. Guided me the entire step of the way. There were no surprises and any questions I had, were answered quickly. This is my second time. I'm a repeat customer which should say something about how I feel about Chris Wiley and his team of processors like Katie. All were very friendly and very helpful. When and if I need to refi again, I'll be returning to Christopher Wiley.
