Tenamarie was vey informative and either she or Danielle let me know what was happening almost every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer, I wish I could have attended a class and/or been through a "mock buying process" to help me understand the process better. Nevertheless, Primary Residential was very attentive and responded within 24 hours of any request.
