I always hear of closing dates getting pushed back, well my dated was pushed up. Perfect closing time! I got a full month out of my current residence, will be moved out before rent is due in December, and my first mortgage payment is not until December! #winning She saved me time and money across the board. She is blessed to be a blessing, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It was a pleasure!

In the beginning I was fearful about the home buying process because I felt as if I would not qualify.
